Sunday's Style Steal – Ellie Goulding

Sunday's Style Steal Ellie Goulding

Hello again!

I’m back with another Sunday’s Style Steal, showing you how to achieve the looks of popstars and other famous faces. This week I’ve decided to channel Miss Ellie Goulding and her rocker chick look with an all black outfit.

Ellie Goulding

Ellie was papped wearing this outfit 2015 A/W Moschino Fashion Show back in January. While her outfit may be a bit out of budget for most, I’ll be showing you how to get the look for less.

biker jacket

This leather biker jacket is from New Look which is available for £45 and brings the edginess to Ellie’s outfit. The exact jacket she wears in this outfit costs over $3,000 so it’s naturally the better option to stick to a more reasonable price range.

ripped jeans

These jeans are from ASOS for £20 and are the main focus on the outfit. They are perfect to recreate the look and at a more affordable price in comparison to Ellie’s jeans which cost a staggering £178.

Booties

To complete the look, Ellie wears fringed booties with a heel which you can get from Charlotte Russe for $31.99. The fringing gives the outfit more flair and interest compared to a plain boot, although I believe the outfit would still look great should you choose a different style. Ellie’s shoes are not available to view in the UK online but cost a bank breaking $638.

It’s totally up to you what to wear under your jacket, but Ellie opted for a plain black turtle neck, though anything would look great and is up to you for personal choice.

I hope you enjoyed Sunday’s Style Steal for this week! Let me know in the comments what you think of this look! If you recreate it please tweet me a photo on Twitter or tag me on instagram under the name @AllThatJazmin and use #SundaysStyleStyle so I can check it out!

Band Aid 30: Better than the original?

Christmas 1984 saw the movement and release of Do They Know it’s Christmas? By British supergroup Band Aid. Founded by Midge Ure and Bob Geldof, the aim of Band Aid was to raise money for anti-poverty in Ethiopia.

Fast forward to today, 2014. It’s Band Aid’s 30th anniversary and we are facing a new crisis. Earlier this year, the world watched as it witnessed Africa suffer the devastating outbreak that is Ebola. According to the World Health Organisation, the outbreak has reached over 5,000 in the death toll.
