Sunday's Style Steal: Perrie Edwards

Sunday's Style Steal Perrie Edwards

Hey, hi and hello!

Sunday’s Style Steal for this week focuses on Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards. Like her band mate, Jesy Nelson – who’s style we focused on a few weeks ago – Perrie is also another fashionista who is idolised by teens and young women across the world. This outfit is what Perrie posted on Instagram about a month ago and I thought it was a nice look to recreate.

Perrie Edwards

Perrie’s  ribbed bardot top is from River Island for £18 and is something that definitely seems to be getting popular in the fashion world. This could also easily be paired with some skinny jeans to make a casual look a little more dressed up.

Perrie to

Perrie’s trousers are originally from Zara but have now unfortunately sold out. However, I managed to find a similar pair online from modlily.com for £19.50. These trousers are perfect material for the summer keeping you cool and also dress your outfit up a bit.

Perrie trousers

Perrie’s gold leaf sandals are from Monsoon for £35 and are perfect footwear for the upcoming summer season which can be worn with many outfit combinations.

Sandals

Perrie’s handbag is also sold out, but personally I think any black or white bag would work well with this outfit and is a personal choice. You can also get Perrie’s choker here for £3 should you wish to accessorize.

I hope you like the outfit – let me know in the comments below if you would wear it! Don’t forget you can follow me on Twitter, LIKE me on Facebook and follow me on Bloglovin’ – I always follow back!

Sunday's Style Steal – Ellie Goulding

Sunday's Style Steal Ellie Goulding

Hello again!

I’m back with another Sunday’s Style Steal, showing you how to achieve the looks of popstars and other famous faces. This week I’ve decided to channel Miss Ellie Goulding and her rocker chick look with an all black outfit.

Ellie Goulding

Ellie was papped wearing this outfit 2015 A/W Moschino Fashion Show back in January. While her outfit may be a bit out of budget for most, I’ll be showing you how to get the look for less.

biker jacket

This leather biker jacket is from New Look which is available for £45 and brings the edginess to Ellie’s outfit. The exact jacket she wears in this outfit costs over $3,000 so it’s naturally the better option to stick to a more reasonable price range.

ripped jeans

These jeans are from ASOS for £20 and are the main focus on the outfit. They are perfect to recreate the look and at a more affordable price in comparison to Ellie’s jeans which cost a staggering £178.

Booties

To complete the look, Ellie wears fringed booties with a heel which you can get from Charlotte Russe for $31.99. The fringing gives the outfit more flair and interest compared to a plain boot, although I believe the outfit would still look great should you choose a different style. Ellie’s shoes are not available to view in the UK online but cost a bank breaking $638.

It’s totally up to you what to wear under your jacket, but Ellie opted for a plain black turtle neck, though anything would look great and is up to you for personal choice.

I hope you enjoyed Sunday’s Style Steal for this week! Let me know in the comments what you think of this look! If you recreate it please tweet me a photo on Twitter or tag me on instagram under the name @AllThatJazmin and use #SundaysStyleStyle so I can check it out!

Sunday's Style Steal: Ariana Grande

Sunday's Style Steal Ariana Grande

Hello again!

I’m back again with another Sunday’s Style Steal just for you. This week I’m focusing on one of the biggest princesses of pop right now, Miss Ariana Grande. Ariana is one of the most watched teen pop stars on the planet right now, so it’s no wonder why her style is so on point. The style I’m looking at today is from an outfit she wore at a recent meet & greet with fans.

Ariana Grande Sundays Style Steal

Ariana wears a very simple but stylish outfit in this picture which is pretty easy to achieve. Her jeans are rather expensive, costing $187, and her top is unfortunately no longer available from Topshop. However, I have found some very similar items of clothing to create a look inspired by Miss Grande’s.

The top I have found similar to Ari’s is the Della Dropped Peplum Cami Top in white from Missguided which is currently £5.99 (originally £7.99). It’s slightly longer than Ariana’s but follows the same sort of style.

peplum top

The skinny jeans I have chosen in replacement of Ariana’s are the Shaping Skinny Regular Jeans from H&M at £39.99, but dark denim jeans will work with recreating this look.

HM

Although you cannot see her shoes, Ariana wears YSL pumps at a bank breaking $795. Assuming the majority reading this don’t plan to splash out such a high amount on shoes, I’ve opted for the Black Pointed Platform Court Shoes from New Look at £24.99. These shoes are a classic black heel and complete the outfit. If you’re not a heel person, such as myself, then I recommend these ballet shoes which are also from New Look.

Black heels

Ariana doesn’t have a bag with her in this photo as it’s a meet and greet but one I recommend to go with this outfit is the Pin Stud Crossbody Bag from Topshop for £25. Bag

No accessories are on show for this outfit, but I think bracelets and earrings would definitely tie the outfit together nicely. This outfit is ideal for a number of occasions – whether it’s a casual night out or a day out with friends.

I hope you liked Sunday’s Style Steal for this week! Do you like Ariana? I’m looking for inspiration for future posts in this series, so make sure you comment below who you would like to see next.

Sunday's Style Steal: Selena Gomez

Sunday's Style Steal Selena Gomez

Welcome back to another Sunday’s Style Steal!

Today I’ve decided to focus on Selena Gomez. I grew up with Selena’s face plastered around the world alongside Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato and even years later, Sel’ style is pretty amazing.

I’ve noticed that Selena has her own Adidas line out, which looks amazing and so I decided to focus on one of her outfits from the lookbook for the clothing line.

Selena Gomez x

Selena’s hoodie is cropped and perfect to slip over on top of a simple plain grey t-shirt (or any colour of your choosing) and is available for £30. This is a great addition to a casual outfit and ideal for the upcoming summer season.

Selena Sweater

It looks as though Selena’s jeans aren’t part of the collection as of yet or if at all, but you can achieve her look with these similar jeans also from Adidas for £37. If you have a pair of jeans this colour, those would be an ideal alternative.

Selena Jeans

Finally, Selena’s shoes which are also from the range are currently sold out, so I picked another pair from the range, which are the Selena Gomez slip on shoes again from Adidas for £37. Simple and comfy to complete the casual look.

Sunday's Style Steal: Demi Lovato

Sunday's Style Steal Demi Lovato

Hello!

Welcome to a very special edition of Sunday’s Style Steal. Why so special? This week I collabed with the beautiful Courtney who helped me to a super style search to find and recreate this week’s outfit.

We decided that Demi Lovato is such a beautiful woman and a real style icon in the music industry and once we saw this outfit that she wore on Good Morning America, we just had to recreate it.

Demi GMA

Demi’s original outfit is rather expensive. The top being £179, skirt £325 and the shoes at an incredible $1195. Clearly, this isn’t in the budget for many people, so we have found the best alternatives to the outfit.

Demi vest

This is a very similar crop top to Demi’s, which we found on Amazon that is by a company called Flirty Wardrobe. This is a total bargain for just £5 and is very similar to what Demi wears. Getting a Hollywood wardrobe for not even a fraction of the price. We love!

Demi Skirt

This is the best match to Demi’s skirt that we could find. It’s slightly different but follows the same style and will look just as sophisticated as the original. This skirt is available from Very for just £20 (currently on sale for £12)  and we think it’s so simple but sets out the outfit really well and can be used universally for many outfits.

Demi Shoes

Demi’s shoes cost over £1,000, so naturally, we didn’t include them in the style steal, but came across these online and thought they would work really well with the outfit. These sandals are from New Look for £39.99 and, like the skirt, would go so well with many outfits which means they are well and truly worth every penny.

This outfit is perfect to accessorise, despite the fact that Demi chose to keep it simple with just a pair of earrings. We think a statement necklace or some bold bracelets would complete the outfit as a whole along with a little black handbag or clutch.

We hope you enjoyed Sunday’s Style Steal for this week! Do you love the outfit? Would you recreate it in your wardrobe?

Make sure you follow Courtney’s blog, check her out on Bloglovin, follow her on Twitter and be friends with her on Facebook!

Sunday's Style Steal: Jesy Nelson

Sunday's Style Steal Jesy Nelson

Hello!

This Sunday’s Style Steal is the lovely Jesy Nelson from British girl group, Little Mix!

Jesy Nelson

This outfit is what I found on the Little Mix Instagram of Jesy ready for the Pre BRIT Awards party. I think Jesy looks so classy and elegant in this outfit, so after searching the style world, I managed to track down what she wore!

Jesy Dress

Jesy’s dress is available from ASOS for £38 (Currently on sale for £30)and takes the LBD to a whole new level with this design! There’s no need for any neck accessories with this outfit, thanks to the gold plate around the neckline but leaves just enough room with the sleeves for a cute bracelet.

Jesy's Shoes

Jesy’s sandals are again available from ASOS for just £29.99 (currently on sale for £20.50) and are really cute for showing your feet and the perfect excuse to give yourself a pedicure!

Jesy doesn’t have a bad in this photo, but if you need a bag, I think a clutch would look amazing with this outfit. This tassel clutch from Topshop is so pretty, so I definitely recommend this!

This outfit is perfect for a night out or dress event which isn’t too formal.

I hope you liked this week’s Sunday Style Steal! Do you like this outfit? Whose style would you steal? Comment below and let’s chat!

Sunday's Style Steal: Zoella

Welcome to another Sunday’s Style Steal! This week I’ll be looking at an outfit worn by the British YouTuber and Blogger, Zoella!

Tanya Burr Cosmetics beauty products launch party, Sanderson Hotel, London, Britain - 23 Oct 2014

This outfit is what Zoe wore to one of Tanya Burr’s press events for Tanya Burr Cosmetics and I love the tastefulness of the dress but styled out with a more rock chick look with the leather jacket.

Zoella Dress

Zoe’s tunic dress is covered in a pattern of drawings of Russian buildings which is a definite eye catcher. It’s from French Connection and is £90 (currently on sale for £63) and would look perfect with a jacket and/or accessories such as bracelets and rings.

Leather Jacket New Look

Zoe styles her dress with a basic leather jacket with no specific design, so I thought this one from New Look with black cross-stitch for £39.99 would look amazing with the dress. If you already own a black leather/pleather jacket, then don’t waste money getting another one, simply pop it on over the dress.

Zoella shoes

Unfortunately, I can’t see the exact shoes Zoe is wearing, so I opted for these chunky strap shoes from New Look for £39.99 which are of a similar style to the pair Zoe is wearing.

Zoe ring

Zoella also appears to be wearing a ring in the picture, but again I can’t see the design. I’ve picked this one from Topshop for £7.50 which has a black gem like Zoe’s and is a great design, too.

I hope you like this week’s Sunday Style Steal! Do you like this outfit? Who should I feature next week? Comment below, I’d love to chat with you!

Sunday's Style Steal: Taylor Swift

Sunday's Style Steal Taylor Swift

This is a new weekly post I plan to do every Saturday. I do a lot of fashion search for pop stars and celebrities for Maximum POP!  on singular items, so I thought I would work on outfits on here once a week! Every Saturday I will be sharing outfits from some of my favourite famous faces whether it’s exact items worn or something similar.

This week’s  style steal is the lovely Miss Taylor Swift. I’m not the biggest Swiftie in the world, but there’s no denying that this girl looks amazing and has a wardrobe to die for! I saw this photo of Taylor on Tumblr from 10th March in LA and I thought she looked so classy but chilled.

Taylor Swift march

After doing a bit of style snooping, I found items of clothing you can purchase to recreate this look…

Taylor Swift Dress

This beautiful animal print dress is available from Reformation.com for $78.00 (around £52.83) and I think it’s so cute and easy to accessorise.

Taylor Shoes

These shoes are very similar to the ones Taylor wears in the photo. I found them via Shopstyle.com whcih lead me to Zappos.com where these gorgeous heels are available for $59.95 (Around £40). I think nails in this colour would look beautiful as a match, too!

Taylor Bag

Taylor’s bag is a bank-breaking $595.00 from neimanmarcus.com, but not all of us are rich superstars, unfortunately! I’ve managed to find two different bags which I think would go great with this outfit. The first one is a sticking to the cat theme at just £7.91 from Sammydress.com and the second is a black padlock chain shoulder bag which is £12.99  from Newlook.com

This is a simple yet stylish outfit and I think Taylor looks gorgeous in it! If you’re into accessories then this is a great outfit to add a few bracelets and a necklace or anything you think will look best!

I hope you liked this first Sunday Style Steal! Make sure you leave a comment with your thoughts on this outfit. Love it? Loathe it? Who’s style do you admire?

January Favourites

January Favourites

Hey there!

You might have noticed my lack of posts the past few weeks. I just needed some time away from writing since I do it most of the time, if not on here then for other websites, so I just took a bit of a chill out. But I’m back!

Although I didn’t have a very adventurous start of the month (I spent New Year stuck in bed with a horrid flu. Lovely.) I did do quite a bit of shopping. Enough to have a good couple of items to add to my monthly favourites. Let’s begin, shall we?

Zoella Beauty

FullSizeRender (35) Zoella Mist

Between Christmas and the January sales, I was lucky enough to have everything from Zoe’s range minus her candle, which I plan to pick up as soon as I find it in store. The entire collection is beautiful and the packaging is rather vintage and girly looking which I absolutely love looking at in my bathroom. The scents of each product smell rather similar and are of a light and fresh aroma which is perfect for everyday use. The products that I own are the Fizz Bar, Soak Opera bath soak, Creamy Madly Dreamy body lotion and Blissful Mistful body mist. Out of all the products I think I’ve used Soak Opera the most because it really made my bath water soft and at one point I felt my legs in the water and they felt quit moisturised, which was a lovely unexpected quality from the product. I’d say Zoella’s products are ideal for daytime use as there is no overpowering fragrance and it’s quite light, which is the kind of scent you want for day to day use. Zoella’s products are available in Superdrug stores and on Feelunique.com

LUSH African Paradise Body Conditioner

African Paradise

Ever since Christmas Eve, I’ve been making quite a few visits to the LUSH store- I’ve been pretty obsessed! The product I have found myself using quite a lot of is the African Paradise Body Conditioner. I’ve been using it in both the bath and shower all month and it has been leaving my skin feel so soft. I had been looking at the product a lot on previous visits but wasn’t sure on whether to get it. I can honestly say this is one of the best body based purchases I’ve made. The scent is quite sweet yet not OTT and smells of mangos and almonds. It’s definitely quite tropical and makes my skin feel baby soft. Definitely a product I recommend!

Simple Skincare’s Oil Balancing Moisturiser

Simple Oil Balancing

Like many other people, I have been cursed. Cursed with the unfortunate issue of oily skin. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst in the world, but it’s definitely not fun. I’ve used many skin products in my teenhood and I genuinely think I’ve found the moisturiser for me. After doing my daily skin routine, I put a bit of this on and my skin felt amazing. It looked brighter and healthier and my family even agreed. It didn’t feel greasy in the slightest and when putting make up on, I felt as though that foundation applied much better than before. I’ve tried a few primers over the past few weeks and they all seem to be oil inducing for my skin (except the POREfessional I was raving about in a previous blog, but that’s rather expensive) so I’ve decided to use this moisturiser as a substitute primer as well as skin care at night. I’ve always been a fan of Simple and I’m pretty certain this is my favourite product of theirs.

Uptown Funk – Mark Ronson Ft Bruno Mars

It’s happened. We’ve found the 2015 song of the year and we’ve barely reached February. I don’t like jumping on the bandwagons with catchy songs. I didn’t want to like Gangnam Style. I was stubborn against Happy. Yet, I stumbled and fell right into the artist’s hands and they both became my favourite songs for quite a while. And now, guess what? It’s gone and happened again. I find myself hitting “replay” on my phone and it’s something I really need to stop doing! Although, to be fair, it’s such a good tune you can’t really help yourself. I feel like this is quite a great generation collab. When I told my dad about the song, he recognised Mark Ronson whereas I was more familiar with Bruno Mars. We both really enjoyed the song, so I think it’s a pretty great track for the family.
Yankee Candle True Rose

Yankee Candle True Rose

I’ve been rather fond of Yankee Candles particularly this month. I can’t seem to pass them while shopping out going to get a bit of a whiff from one to see if there’s any new scents about. One I ended up purchasing was True Rose. Of course, due to the name, it’s expected to have a floral scent but this somehow reminded me of Disneyland. More so the hotels. Maybe they’re also obsessed with Yankee Candles and secretly hide them around the accommodations? My gran also thought they smelt like the hotels and I love the nostalgic feel from my favourite place in the world, so I definitely had to buy one for my room.

That’s it for this month’s favourites! I’m hoping to get a lot on here very soon, including some reviews and posts from anything interesting going on throughout the month.

What did you love in January? Comment below with recommendations- I love discovering new things!

A response to The Independent RE: Zoella

I’m not sure what you would call this as it’s not exactly a rant but it’s a response to the Independent in regards to this article about YouTuber Zoella.

This article is discussing YouTube sensation Zoe Sugg AKA Zoella and her impact on teenage girls. I just feel as though the person who wrote the article in question just didn’t do enough research on Zoe. Yes, I watch Zoella’s YouTube videos and while I’m rather fond of her content and her as a person (or at least what she portrays online), I’m not an obsessed fan. However, the article by The Independent branded Zoe as a person who promotes beauty and makes young girls feel insecure due to the fact she supposedly sends out the message that make up and beauty is something a girl must do. When, in fact, she’s not doing this at all.
