Hello there!
As you may have noticed, I missed March’s monthly favourites as I was so busy around the time that I planned to write it and I just didn’t get the chance, so I felt it was only right I did March and April into one big favourites.
Maybelline’s Master Graphic Eyeliner
I’m a big fan of Maybelline’s Master Precise eyeliner and have been using it for quite some time. That is, until my friend recently recommended Master Graphic. I won’t lie, I’m pretty rubbish when it comes to mastering the winged eyeliner look of any kind, but this eyeliner has made me look slightly less rubbish. The marker style pen has a nib which is designed to help you draw different lines to create the perfect eyeliner look. I’ve still got a long way to go and a lot of practice, but when my friend used it herself, I could see the product’s full potential and I’m confident in saying that one my skills have improved, this gem of a product will be my best friend.
I Love… Raspberry & Blackberry refreshing body spritzer
I picked this up on my recent haul after spraying different products in Superdrug. This is a rather deep fruity scent which focuses more on berries than lighter scents such as apple. It’s a gorgeous scent and perfect for daytime wear.
Bourjois Paris Delice De Poudre Bronzing Powder
I’ve seen this product in many YouTube tutorials and have been tempted to buy it for quite some time. I saw it last month and thought it would be an idea to give it a try. It’s definitely one of if not the best bronzer I have tried (bare in mind I’ve not explored all too much in the make-up world… yet!) It’s not too overpowering and lasts for a considerable amount of hours. Perfect for sun kissed skin!
Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula
My dear friend, Courtney, has been on about this for some time now. A new skincare tip she has discovered and shared with me is to put this product on your face (I find overnight works better) and it will work wonders for your skin. I could definitely see a difference! My skin seemed less shiny and felt incredibly soft, not to mention looking much brighter!
Maybelline’s Falsies Big Eyes Mascara
I’ve yet to find a mascara to stick to full time but when out shopping, the words “Big Eyes” caught my attention, so I thought I would give it a whirl. My lashes with this product look as if they have doubled in size! It isn’t all that clumpy, which is also a bonus and doesn’t tend to leave marks around my eyes. Definitely one I plan to pick up again!
Sleeping With Sirens
When Courtney came to visit, we decided to recommend one artist for us to both listen to and she recommended Sleeping With Sirens. I didn’t think I would be into them much, but I was wrong. Although they aren’t my ultimate favourite, they’re definitely a band I’ve found myself listening to a lot more. My favourite song is ‘Your Nickle Ain’t Worth My Dime’ along with ‘Kick Me’ which I listened to after purchasing their latest album, Madness. I feel like Kick Me may very well be mine and Courtney’s song as we both listen to it so much!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this month’s monthly favourites! Have you tried any of these? What have you been loving this month?
