It’s been such an honour to witness @littlemix’s career from the very beginning and see them as hopeful teenagers with dreams achieve more than they could have ever imagined. I’ve had the blessing of growing up with them and they’ve genuinely taught me so much. I had the honour of seeing them in Cardiff just over a week ago and saw their final show in the cinema via livestream and they are truly incredible.

I’m absolutely devastated that we won’t be seeing them for a while but I’ll always be here to support them and I truly believe with a sisterhood like theirs, we will be seeing them back in a few years.

Thank you so much, Little Mix 💜
It’s a long video but given that it’s my last It’s a long video but given that it’s my last @LittleMix show (for now…) I filmed so much!

I am so proud of these girls and everything they’ve achieved in the past 10+ years. It was a bittersweet night but I’m so excited what each of them does next and I’ll be here to support them 100%

Happy 30th birthday to my home away from home! I’ve been going to Disneyland Paris my whole life and it’s such a special place for my family and me. I can’t wait to finally go back 💜 #disneylandparis #disneylandparis30 #dlp30
This year has been pretty difficult. My mental and This year has been pretty difficult. My mental and physical health have both been pretty crappy and a lot of things kept happening which made it worse, but it’s thanks to my friends and family that I’ve been able to pull through it. I truly don’t know where I’d be without them and I am truly so thankful. ‪I know I have a number of people I can thank but Alex, Rhian and Ben especially have been so incredible and I’m truly so lucky and thankful for them ‪💜

I’d like to start off by saying Instagram is way I’d like to start off by saying Instagram is way too limiting in characters for what I would love to say about this book. Because, quite frankly, this book is my life. Well, kind of. I mean it’s everything I’ve been trying to say for so long.

As many of you know, I am late diagnosed autistic and ADHD. My entire life has been trying to find out why I’m different and being met with ignorance from people who were meant to help me and my parents. But because of books like this one, I believe my experience will be one kids won’t have to go through.

I won a copy of this book at Christmas and I cannot recommend it enough. It’s literally perfect for all ages and gives such a real, authentic insight into being autistic; especially when you grew up undiagnosed. It’s also so ideal for friends and family of autistic people and those who aren’t even autistic may be able to relate to this book. It’s just incredible and I did feel emotional reading it, even if that wasn’t the purpose.

I am SO thankful for @abigailbalfe’s work in this book and the #actuallyautistic community for leading to me finding her/the book. Social media definitely has a lot of positives others don’t tend to realise.

I’m trying to work out where the best place is for me to give a more in depth review but I just want to say: whether you’re autistic, know someone autistic, related to an autistic person or have no relation at all but want to have some basic educating and understanding (and who doesn’t?) then this book needs to be on your TBR!

In a world where autism is so widely misunderstood, it’s gems like these we need to champion and give a platform. I am a different sort of normal, and I’m beginning to embrace it. This book has helped me on that journey 💜
